Dongfeng has announced that its latest all-electric SUV, the Nano 06, will officially launch on May 27. The vehicle began pre-sales on April 28 with five available variants, priced between ¥89,900 and ¥119,900 ($12,400–$16,500), making it a strong contender in the compact EV segment.

Built on Quantum Architecture 3.0 for Optimized EV Performance

The Dongfeng Nano 06 is constructed on the advanced Quantum Architecture 3.0 platform, specifically designed for electric vehicles. The front of the SUV features a closed grille typical of new energy vehicles, paired with T-shaped headlights linked by a sleek decorative strip. A rectangular lower intake and silver skid plate add a rugged, crossover aesthetic.

Six color options will be available: Wave White, Definite Silver, Dawn Orange, Wilderness Green, Pigment Yellow, and Cyber Black—offering visual variety to suit diverse preferences.

Sporty Side Profile with Floating Roof Design

The side profile of the Nano 06 sports a trendy floating roof with black roof rails, window trim, and wheels, enhancing its urban sportiness. It measures 4306mm in length, 1868mm in width, and 1645mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2715mm—delivering ample space for city commuting and weekend getaways.

At the rear, the SUV includes a full-width LED tail light bar, increasing both visibility and visual appeal when illuminated.

Smart and Minimalist Interior with Premium Features

Inside, the Dongfeng Nano 06 is offered in three interior color schemes: Wisdom Grey, Pine Green, and Mellow Beige. The cabin features a large floating central display, slim LCD instrument panel, dual-spoke steering wheel, and a column-mounted gear shifter for a modern, streamlined layout.

Practical elements like three hidden cup holders in the center console, a panoramic sunroof, 50W wireless smartphone charging, and 128-color ambient lighting elevate the in-car experience.

Pure Electric Powertrain with Rapid Charging Capabilities

The Nano 06 is powered by an all-electric drivetrain with a 135kW electric motor. It comes equipped with the advanced Mach E battery system, which supports 3C ultra-fast charging. With this setup, a 5-minute charge can deliver up to 100km of driving range, and a 30% to 80% charge can be completed in just 18 minutes—making it highly convenient for daily use.
